  • We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests.

  • Meetings may take place in person or virtually, based on availability.

3. Design Ownership & Copyright

  • All original designs, sketches, and patterns are the intellectual property of S. V. Designs.

  • Clients may not copy, sell, or reproduce designs without written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and clear style input.

  • Make timely payments and respond to communications.

  • Respect the creative and production timeline.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

  • The remaining balance is due before garment delivery.

  • As all pieces are custom, sales are final and non-returnable unless a mistake was made on our part.

6. Turnaround Time & Delivery

​

  • Completion timelines range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the design.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or material shortages.

7. Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Republish or copy site content without permission.

  • Upload or transmit malware or spam.

  • Falsely represent yourself or others.

8. Limitation of Liability
